1. GENERAL
1.1 The services shall be as set out in the services list.
1.2 By ordering a Service hereunder you, the reader accepts these terms and standard terms and conditions. The terms and standard terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time and it is you, the reader responsibility to check the terms and standard terms and conditions prior to ordering such Services for any amendments and/or alterations.
1.3 All orders placed by a Customer shall be subject to (i) the written acceptance of the Pooja Diagnostic Centre in accordance with Clause 1.5 below; and (ii) service availability.
1.4 You, the reader shall submit its full name, address, telephone details to the Pooja Diagnostic Centre. Please see the standard terms and conditions Privacy Policy for details about our information gathering and dissemination practices.
1.5 On receipt of the order by you, the reader, the standard terms and conditions shall confirm acceptance of the order in writing or by e-mail.
1.6 The standard terms and conditions will use its reasonable endeavors’ to deliver the Services to you, the reader as soon as practicable after the date of payment and if possible within 7 days of the date of payment. For the avoidance of doubt, the standard terms and conditions will not be in breach of these standard terms and conditions or have any liability whatsoever for failing to deliver the Services to you, the reader by this date.
1.7 Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by the standard terms and conditions these standard terms and conditions shall govern all contracts between the standard terms and conditions and you, the reader for the sale of any of the Services and shall prevail over any standard terms and conditions or terms stipulated, referred to or incorporated by you, the reader in its order or negotiations.
2. PRICE
2.1 The prices of the Services (the “Price”) shall be as set out in the Price List and are correct at the time of entering the information. However, the standard terms and conditions reserves the right to change the Price without prior notice.
2.2 All Prices quoted are in Indian Rupees(“RS”)
2.3 All Prices quoted are inclusive of all taxes or charges which you, the reader shall pay for the services.
3. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
3.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the standard terms and conditions, payment of the full Price (including any VAT) and any additional costs (including but not limited to postage /packaging/ carriage costs) will be made by you, the reader in full before delivery shall be effected.
3.2 you, the reader hereby agrees to effect payment to the standard terms and conditions by way of credit card/debit card /Net banking (India only).
3.3 In case of Home Visit/ Home Delivery, Convenience charges will be charged to you, the reader.
